ALVENOUS Fashion started its modest journey in 2006 as the manufacturer of 100% woven fabrics for export oriented garments. Initially, our target was to serve the RMG sector with quality woven fabric & thus having an impact to build up a strong backward linkage for RMG industry. With the progress of time Alvenous Fashion has reached that mark by maintaining highest standards & integrity. Now, we have 75 most up to date weaving machines named as”Tsudakoma (Air-jet: Japan Origin)-30, Sarwer S-400 (Rapier: Switzerland Origin)-20, Ishikawa (Rapier: Japan Origin)-20” to produce the best quality 100% cotton fabric like Denim, Twill, Poplin, Canvas, Voile, Flannel, Oxford, Chambray, Rib-stop, Sheeting. Besides, some sophisticated fabrics like Viscose Voile, Satin, TC, Polyester etc. are also manufactured in our factory. Our production capacity is 19,80,000 meter (Per Year).Employees number of 150 including expatriate textile professionals are continuously working hard to upgrade the quality level.

With the success of its woven unit Alvenous Fashion set up its knit fabric manufacturing unit in 2008. This unit is equipped with modern machineries to produce different types/ designs of knit fabrics. The circular knitting machines of different diameters from 20’’ to 40 ’’ are of JIUNN LONG brand with 4 track cams, is producing Single Jersey/Pique/Lactose fabrics of weight 135 to 300 GSM (finished). Moreover Lycra (S/J and Rib) Fabrics, of weight 135 to 300 GSM (finished), Semi Jacquard Fabrics, Y/D Stripe Fabrics, Mélange Fabrics, French Terry and Cotton fleece in different weight. The average monthly production capacity of this unit is 50 to 70 Tons.

Finally, Alvenous Fashion exposed as 100% export oriented Ready Made Garments (RMG) manufacturing & buying house in 2010.From the inception, it has been gaining the confidence of the buyers by providing quality garments with reliability. Besides, in order to meet up varied tests & requirements of the buyers Alvenous Fashion has gradually built up a conglomeration with some leading RMG giants like INTERLINK GROUP, AVRORA FASHION LTD, EHSAN & MOONLIGHT GARMENTS LTD, ROSE SWEATERS LTD. etc .Hence, we can now offer our valued buyers all sort of woven, knit, sweater & special items like home textile, silk with ease maintaining high standard.
